Dr. Mohammad Shegeft, ND
My passion for medicine started at an early age, stemming from watching my dad practice in his office. I learned early on that being a doctor means more than prescribing medication and treating symptoms. The goal is to make a difference in people’s lives and enhance their quality of life.
I am dedicated to hearing your stories, to truly listening, and to use my training and medical expertise to find the root cause of your health concerns and develop sustainable, no nonsense solutions. My goal is to put the health of my patients above all and strive to enhance their quality of life emotionally, physically and spiritually.
I received my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, and continue to give back to that school by helping to teach classes and also by mentoring current Bastyr students by hosting them as preceptors here at AIM. I finished my clinical rounds at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health which included specialty shifts in oncology, IV Therapy, diabetes and cardiology, Lake Forest Park Senior Center and West Seattle High School Neighborhood clinic. In addition, I have experience in the fields of osteopathic medicine, managing chronic illness, neurological and mental health, physical medicine, weight loss, chronic degenerative disease, IV Therapy, and Homeopathy.
In my years of practicing medicine, I have worked with people of all ages and although I focus on general primary care, I enjoy helping my patients improve their energy, deal with acute and chronic illnesses, and improve their overall health and physical condition. Also specializing in Men’s Health, I can help you feel and look years younger, improving energy and performance. I look forward to working with you to reach your long term health goals. In this journey we will live, laugh, and maybe even cry, and together we will reach your true health potential.
